Adding descriptive messages to assertions?

Is there a way to add a test description to an assertion in xUnit?

Example:

Assert.Equal(expectedResult, actualResult, testDescription);

The only assertions we allow message overrides for are True and False, because people tend to use those as "catch all" assertions.
