[xWellBehaved.net] Announcing 2.5.0 TearDownAttribute

First time announcement here, I think.

I'd like to announce xWellBehaved.net 2.5.0, in which we added TearDownAttribute support. It behaves similarly to BackgroundAttribute except it invokes the attributed methods in reverse order.
