macOS min font-size 12px bug

Retina screen bug, 屏幕分辨率 bug

macOS

iMac 5K ❌

font-size 10px 不生效，最小 12px

mbp, dell 4K, 1080x1920 OK ✅

windows

Windows 最小只能渲染 font-size: 12px; ???
