Year-dependend Rest Days in Hungary

Hungary has rest days that depend on the year. They seem to be introduced to make 4-day weekends depending on how vacation days fall. The extra rest days are compensated by an extra workday on a weekend.

There was one rest day/additional work day in March and there is one this month (October 2022).
