What

When Netlify spins up a preview build from pull requests (code that is pending approval to be merged in) we should use the deploy context and change the text within the beta banner/release box to mention it is a preview.

Why

  • Gov.Uk use this approach as can be seen in one of their previews
  • It informs the user that they are looking at a preview of changes and not ACTUAL changes that are in our codebase currently
