Describe the bug
There is an issue with the spacing between elements within the current build of the news component. We seem to have lost all padding between elements. It's mainly the space between the image and date, but the rest also looks very compacted in comparison.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://beta.wmca.org.uk/'

Expected behavior
Would expect it to appear closer to the design system version.
