Describe the bug
In the latest release, links have lost their bold styling and have odd spacing. The CSS references bold so seems to be an issue with it pulling the weight through

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to beta.wmca.org.uk
  2. Scroll down to 'see all news', 'see all events', or social media links
  3. See styling issue

Expected behavior
Links should be Noto Sans Display Bold.

Additional information
This can be reproduced in Chrome as well.

@sam-wmca This should be fixed on the beta site but can you double check, please?
