Instead of going to the roster, editing that, then emailing the student, then so on, make a button on the CBT or their dashboard to solo certify them on the next available position and send no-reply email detailing the solo cert (template email that fills in expiry 30 days later). Would require a new controller.

Inquiry to VATCAN to check if there is an API endpoint has been sent. Would rather make it an all-in-one thing.

Going push this to after the new VATCAN website release. It will have the API push it over to there as well.
