From the changelog to current 14.9.1:

  • don't add import-notation in our Less @import (reference) featuring environment, already added in 14.9.0
    14.10.0
  • don't add keyframe-selector-notation, it's not necessarily better from developer experience to remove from and to entirely
    14.16.0
  • don't add media-feature-range-notation. Seems too specific right now for Wikimedia environment

'stylelint-config-recommended' 8.0.0 => 9.0.0

  • Only addition is annotation-no-unknown, which is a great addition (v14.10.0)
