作者名やタイトルが変わると出力書籍ファイル名も変わってしまうため、
自分で固定するための output_filename が存在するが、それを最初のファイル名で
固定されてくれればいい人用のオプションを用意する

書籍ファイル名が変わるとしおりなどが共有できないため、不都合の方がおおいので、
デフォルトでこの機能を有効にして、オフにするオプションのほうが良さそう
新規にダウンロードした小説からにのみ影響するので、既存の小説には関係がないのも良い

output_filename は ncode 化より優先度が高いから ncode 化ができなくなってしまう問題にきづいた
ncode 化の優先度をあげるか、別の手段を考える必要がある
