Fix "http://localhost:8000/js/thorax.js.map"

"sourceMappingURL" is being inserted into thorax build, requireJS tries to load

@kenwheeler This is an error that a generated project throws. Non blocking. I believe mobile needs the sourceMappingUrl to be there, is there any way to prevent RequireJS from trying to load the map?

@kenwheeler source maps are now pushed to components/thorax, can you confirm that this issue is fixed?
