Report markdown version of HTML page artifact as job summary

Several jobs report a schedule grid in an HTML page artifact that meeting planner must download, unzip and open in a browser. GitHub jobs can also display a summary using Markdown (and HTML). It should be possible to create suitable markdown and display the result as job summary, which would have the advantage of avoiding the download/unzip/browse steps.
