Make "Try me out" mechanism reset the Room field when possible

Follow-up from #115.

The mechanism is not smart enough to reset the Room field. The Try me out field may set a different room for all meetings, but applying the changes will leave the previous room in the Room field, which is going to be confusing for meeting planners. Ideally, the Room field would be reset in such cases.
