* Introduce clocks, instants, and durations, and rewrite "get time origin timestamp" using them. * Define a single monotonic clock, and fix up references to the time origin. * Replace "instant" with "moment". * Propagate moments and durations to the rest of the spec. * Add tools for spec authors and examples of their use. * Use the tracking-vector markup planned in w3c/respec#4303. * Take Noam's suggestions. * Be clearer about the rule that durations have to be safe. * Add an antecedent. * Move the advice about how to use the monotonic clock into a note.
