Add automated tests to ensure this repository can be deployed to Heroku.

Heroku Review Apps
Heroku CI
- $10/month
- Custom environment variables can be set.
Other CI services (CircleCI, TravisCI and so on):
- Try to deploy to Heroku with headless browsers.
- Fragile and hard to maintain.
