How to use arrays with useRouteQuery()?

I want to do something like this:

const tags = useRouteQuery('tags', [], { transform: param => Array.isArray(param) ? param : [param] })

as seen in this #2191 but I'm having trouble getting new values added to the array. I would have assumed doing tags.push('newTag') would cause the query param to update but nothing happens when pushing to the tags array. Is there something I am missing?

Ah, figured this out just after posting. Should simply be doing tags.value = [...tags.value, 'newTag'] instead of .push('newTag')
