How would you combine a pausable and debounceable watcher ?

We can make a watcher pausable like this:

const watcher = watchPausable(input, handler)

And a debounceable watcher like this:

debouncedWatch(input, handler, { debounce: 500 })

But how would you combine both of these behaviours ?
