[Bug Report][3.5.16] WCAG Color contrast on v-text-field labels

Vuetify Version: 3.5.16
Vue Version: 3.4.21
Browsers: Chrome 124.0.0.0
OS: Mac OS 10.15.7

Steps to reproduce

Using the WebAIM contrast checker, compare the displayed color of the text field label with the background color of the text field while focus is not in the field

Expected Behavior

The contrast ratio will be at least 4.5:1

Actual Behavior

The contrast ratio of the default color scheme is 3.84:1
