[Bug Report][3.5.3] v-list-group. has stopped working from vue 3.4.17 #19203

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.5.3
Last working version: 3.5.3
Vue Version: 3.4.18
Browsers: Chrome 121.0.0.0
OS: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

this is from you code sample of a v list item with v-list-group. if you select vue 3.4.17 it works. moving to 3.4.18 it stops

Expected Behavior

clicking parent expands child list items

Actual Behavior

clicking drop down on parent list item just shows up arrow but not child list items show

Tested with vue 3.4.18 and vuetify 3.5.3 from master branch. Can confirm that v-list-group doesn't expand after clicking on it after clicking on other element. This issue should be reopen.
