Boolean casting for generic props extending boolean

Say I have this component Comp.vue:

And I render this component:

import Comp from './Comp.vue'

 <Comp foo></Comp>
</template>

In this case, foo will be output as empty string, while I think more intuitive way to output should be true. What do you guys think?
