Volar 2 Configuration when not using vscode

Hello,
I recently went from using volar 1.8.27 to volar 2 with the following config:

In comparison to 1.8.27, with above server initialization order i only get completions as if the file is a .ts, if i reverse the order i only get completions as if its a .vue file. I presume that there might be some client side features lacking, but i would like to start asking if my config is incorrect?
