A .viurrc in the user's home directory might provide the following features

  • setting variables to be used in version strings
  • disable of confirmation questions (gcloud -q-option) on all gcloud calls from viur-core

Also relates to #82, in this case the flag for quiet/non-dialog execution can also be set user-specific in .viurrc.
