outputTruncateLength is not documented

Describe the bug

I wanted to find a way to show more of the diff for long strings, and came across an issue which led to a PR to add outputTruncateLength, but I cannot find any documentation for it on the website.

Reproduction

Search https://vitest.dev/ for outputTruncateLength, no results are returned.
