Describe the bug

In https://github.com/vitejs/vite-plugin-react/blob/main/packages/plugin-react/package.json

The homepage, repository, and bugs fields are all still referring to https://github.com/vitejs/vite/ instead of https://github.com/vitejs/vite-plugin-react. This means that the links on https://www.npmjs.com/package/@vitejs/plugin-react are going to the wrong place too.
