feat: Artist page

Repository owners can have multiple color schemes under their account. We want a dedicated page to those: /<account_name>.

• Clicking on the account name in any page should lead to this page.
• In the color scheme page, add a CTA to visit more color schemes from this artist.
• Later on, /artists can become a hub where artists are displayed with the same order options as color schemes: trending, top, ...

The most challenging part of this issue might be to make it play well with the useNavigation hook. I will assist you with that if there are issues.
