High Level Scope:
Integrate a calendar into Venueless that is available ahead of time for attendees (maybe through pretix). Attendees can plan their conference track attendees, share availability with other users and arrange 1:1 or 1:n meetings with other attendees. For 1:1 or 1:n meetings Locations can be selected either on-site (editable by admins) or virtual. If virtual is selected attendees can open a 1:1 or 1:n meeting automatically by clicking on the meeting.
Reasoning:
Virtual Events: 1:1 and 1:n interaction in virtual events has been drastically reduced due to missing conversations on hotel lobbys and conference floors. Allowing attendees to coordinate meetings and interaction will help them drive this again.
Hybrid Events: As events are slowing starting again using Venueless as the central platform will be key for integration. Allowing remote and onsite attendees to coordinate meeting and interaction through a meeting platform on Venueless will support this significantly.

We are planning to add personalized scheduling for sessions/talks in the near future. Schedules before the event starts are currently available via pretalx or the event website.
We have no concrete plans to implement pre-event interactions with attendees in venueless itself at the moment.
Creating a fully functional calendar inside venueless is a rather complex task. It probably makes more sense to interface with users' own calendar apps, but calendar matchmaking is a good idea.
