Given:

type Example interface {
	Example(_ int) int
}

Mockery will generate:

func (_m *Example) Example(_ int) int {
...
}

If the _ is left out of the definition, Mockery is able to create variable names, eg:

func (_m *Example) Example(_a0 int) int {
...
}

Considering there can be various reasons the source code must use _ (eg the code itself is generated), could Mockery create variable names when it detects _ as a parameter name?
