This moves the code of the 2 remaining files from legacy directly the regular plugin. Both the coordinate functionality (even though I don't like setting artifact id because it's hacky) and configuring the platform based on applied plugins is something that will stay and also something that is exclusive to the non base plugin, so it doesn't make sense to keep it in the legacy folder.
