HLAPI Android Helpers: Adjust Initiailization

Help give users a default rootdir location.

Login must also do something else if isloggedin is already true.

We might also want a way to determine a default location for mountpoints.

This has been adjusted, but we would do well to select a default mount point. If there are no issues with giving every application the same mount point, we might want to do just that for simplicity.

The goal of giving a default mount point is to make it so that users don't have to learn about what this actually means.
