Dapps page does not load when user enables the internet after opening the application

Repro on build version: Android internal release build V:1.37.0, iOS TestFlight release build V:1.37.0,Android Playstore release build V:1.36.0, iOS Appstore release build V:1.36.0
Repro on devices : Google Pixel 2XL(11.0) Google Pixel XL(10.0),iPhone 12(14.7.1), iPhone 13 mini (15.1.1), OnePlus 7T(11.0)

Pre-condition:
1] User must have installed the application
2] User must have completed onboarding process
3] User must be on homepage

Repro Steps :
1] Turn off the internet connection
2] Go to Dapps page via Hamburger menu
3] Turn on the internet connection
4] Observe the Dapps page

Bug: Only loader is seen when user enabled the data of the device

Expected Behavior : Dapps page should load once the internet is resumed back after it was turned off

Investigation :

• If user kills the app and relaunch it then the Dapp pages loads
