Collect usage statistics for IDEs

It would be useful for us to understand how widely used different IDEs are specifically among Vaadin users. This could help us prioritize how much to invest into supporting different IDEs and so on. There's logic in OpenInCurrentIde to detect the IDEs that are assumed to be most widely used and we could use the same logic also to populate UsageStatistics when the dev server starts.
