New color palette is out of sync with the docs

This is a follow-up to the changes introduced in #3351 (based on #3329).

The colors seem to be ouf of sync with the documentation. Example:

• indigo-cool-80v: json = #222fbf, docs = #1b2b85 (source code).

I think the docs version are correct, because the new palette used in this repository is not fully accessible. Example:

• blue-20: #aacdec
• indigo-cool-70v: #3e4ded
• Contrast ratio: 3.63 - Doesn't pass WCAG AA

With the values from the docs:

• blue-20: #aacdec
• indigo-cool-70v: #222fbf
• Contrast ratio: 5.68 - Passes WCAG AA

I didn't check all the values, but from my automated script I only got contrast ratio issues for indigo-cool-vivid-70+ (it doesn't mean that other values are not ouf of sync).
