Motivation

I just discovered that new issue creation doesn't ping anyone by default. That makes triage really hard? So I'd like to standup some process that'll make incoming issue triage more reliable. It will be an expansion upon the current system where I triage incoming v1 bugs (example #1010), and won't require any new up-front work from anymore 🙂

Nascent thought: a @urfave/cli-triage github group that's cc'ed in all the issue templates

I do get notified when someone opens an issue. Not sure what the circumstances are where that would or wouldn't happen, but for me it started in this repo when I got added to the urfave org.

I don't (and would like to), but that's probably because of this => https://twitter.com/lynncyrin/status/1210540532729954304

It turns out that this may be a github bug! https://twitter.com/mistydemeo/status/1210705434434248706

I'll work around it in the meantime
