Feature request: Recorder component

Hey there, not sure if this is on your roadmap or not, but I will have a use case for a wrapper around the Recorder from ToneJS to export an audio file of the current song arrangement.

I'm not exactly sure what the API should look like just yet, but I figured I would document an issue and start discussion. I'm also happy to try to hack on something if no one else gets to it, either 😄

Started looking into this - and realized the Recorder class isn't available until v14. https://github.com/Tonejs/Tone.js/blob/14.7.39/Tone/component/channel/Recorder.ts (https://github.com/Tonejs/Tone.js/find/13.8.25 returns no results 😢 )
