Issue:

$ docker run -it --rm ubuntu:22.04 bash
$ apt-get update
$ apt-get install --no-install-recommends python3-pip python-is-python3
$ pip install shiv
$ shiv -o az -c az azure-cli
$ ./az version
# BROKEN
$ PYTHONPATH=~/.shiv/az_533a2234b1a6140620149e66a299dd9b69d89dffbd2f8abe9b036b1d0361e0ab/site-packages/ python -m azure.cli version
# WORKS

Workaround:

Run pip install into specific directory?
Use venv with specific directory? See venv
