The same issue was there when github pages was used in AhmedThahir/Uni_Notes you need to give permissions for github action to make changes, and also set it to deploy from a branch (gh-pages)

Hmm that's odd. When changing ownership I think it changed.

Still, read-write permissions is greyed out. You're an editor, right ... you can try changing it? Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
