What did you expect to happen?

See win32 wheels

What actually happened?

Only the win_amd64

What versions are you using?

• OS: Windows
• Python: Any
• UltraJSON: 4.1.0

I've created PR #481 to build win32 wheels as well.

Please can you go to https://github.com/ultrajson/ultrajson/actions/runs/1257711202 and click "wheels" to download the zip and test a win32 wheel installs fine?

@hugovk, thank you for the fast reply.

I have been able to use the wheels (install using pip and import ujson) on Python 3.7 (win32), Python 3.8 (win32) and Python 3.9 (win32).
