Figure out how to make the review queue open to other people

It would be great if other people could also check new reviews and take that load off of me. Figure out a good design for this, including points for the leaderboard, etc.

At a later stage, yes. Right now I am in the middle of a different project (working on the pens section) and while a design that's ready wouldn't be a bad idea, I just don't have the bandwidth to work on one project and also plan the next one. Sorry about that. :)
