Pages with lastest changes to descriptions of clusters #1727

  • Move the admin pages to "non-admin"
  • Add proper user info
  • Show the diff for this version

This would probably need to not really show the actual entries, but the versions so that we can see what changes were made over time. There could be separate changes to an entry that we want to keep separate.
