Remove friendships code

At some point I started to add code to let people be friends with other people. I never went ahead with turning FPC in Pen Facebook, but all the code is still in there and is not used. This all needs to go. Maybe one day we'll get around to this, but then it's better to build it from scratch, instead of dragging this code around which we may or may not use.
