Use the Honeybadger frontend reporting #1344

Add frontend error tracking using Honeybadger. Both for react (see https://docs.honeybadger.io/lib/javascript/integration/react/) and maybe also the catchall that reports everything that onerror gets (but that might not be useful).

@wkillerud I will add that soon. It might produce too much noise (especially the onerror stuff) but it should at let us know if some of the JS is broken. It might have found that thing with the swab.
