[Feature] Export & import of Typora preferences #6048

Add ability to export/import Typora preferences to a file.

Advantages: provides a quick way for a user to migrate their preferences from one machine to another. Easy way for teams to synchronise on the same settings.
Challenges: the preferences file should try to be forward-compatible.
