unusually high CPU usage with Crpytomator

Describe the bug
When I edit a ".md" file on a drive created with Cryptomator, it gets unusually high CPU usage. If the same file is edited on another drive, there is no such problem.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use cryptomator to open a vault as drive E
2. Edit a ".md" file with Typora on drive E
3. It will get unusually high CPU usage (50% or so).

Expected behavior

• Normal CPU usage.

• Any file.
