An increasing number of sites seem to disallow loading of their images from third party sites (e.g., /feed/138/unread/44814/). Yarrharr should provide a proxy for accessing these images. This will be a first step towards pre-downloading them and an eventual offline mode.

Relatedly, the images from https://developers.google.com/web/updates/atom.xml are blocked by Firefox's tracking protection. See /feed/497/unread/66465/
