Rename onConfirmDisabled property of AlertDialogFooterProps

The name onConfirmDisabled communicates that the consumers expectation should be that the property is a function. I would recommend renaming the function to isConfirmDisabled to give consumers a clearer expectation for the use of the property. It should only be used internally so the chance this could cause a defect would be relatively low.

I just put in a pull request to make this happen. The old property has a deprecated tag in JSDoc to prevent the continued use of the property.
