Hey @srgupta-twilio ! Check out discussion #960 for a recommendation we've made in the past. Using that purple background by itself isn't high-contrast enough for indicating that something is new. There's no established pattern, though, so feel free to continue playing around with the layout and indicator suggested in #960 in a way that works best with your use case. As a sidenote, I'd suggest using our standard small button for the "Refresh" button. We don't really see the rounded button used outside of chat interfaces. |
