Details

Currently, the codec and db (Typedoc generated) docs have no visibility from within the rest of the site. Let's change that 馃檪

One option could be to add them to the left-hand navigation (via a .pages entry), possibly under "Reference":

As part of this let's also include a redirect from /docs/codec to the correct location, given this was previously (albeit incorrectly) in place.

The docs should link back to trufflesuite.com also.
