Running on Chromebook

Hey all!
So I have been using a chromebook for my coding journey (a terrible decision, I know) and while I'm able to download ganache for the command line, I was wondering if there was a way to download the GUI? I've enabled linux, and have VSCode and github home downloaded, but the AppImage file does not want to open in the linux folder in chromebook. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I was able to figure out how to download it. For future reference- download Nautilus via command line (step by step guide here https://beebom.com/install-appimage-programs-on-chromebook/ ) then enable the AppImage file as executable inside nautilus. I was able to get ganache open after those steps.
