Cannot read a json file that has parentheses in its name #123

Running the command to update file in-place:

json -I -f 5-IIReyes(2Samuel).json

returns an error, whenever the filename contains parentheses.

Error displayed:
No se esperaba .json en este momento.
which translates somewhat to:
.json was not expected at this moment.

I used powershell as my terminal to run the command. Current version:
