Unspecified License in the Windows version 3.5.1

Hi,
Just installed with the Windows MSI, the version 3.5.1 of td-agent. When lookking at the
LICENSE
in the installation folder, it is mention "unspecified" license at several places. Many customers won't allow installing the software if is not clear what are the licenses.

omnibus can't judge the license of installed softwares automatically.
You can see the license in each software repository or installed code under /opt/td-agent/embedded/lib/ruby/gems.
We will resolve this problem by moving from omnibus: #219
